ProducTVity Station Plant Floor Communications Solution

The ProducTVity Station (PTV) from Red Lion Controls transforms standard consumer TVs into versatile, real-time KPI production scoreboard and Andon systems (in minutes), plus sends real-time displays or text alerts to mobile devices!

Designed for factory floors, processing plants, and anywhere performance needs to be tracked and monitored, the ProducTVity Station is a ready-to-go solution for displaying productivity information, Andon messaging, and process status on everyday TVs, computer monitors, or even projectors.

 

 



Communication:

The ProducTVity Station leverages over 300 communications drivers via three independent serial ports and an Ethernet port, to connect and collect data from your automation equipment, including PLCs, drives, bar code scanners, and more. The 720P DVI Output Supports 720 or 1080 TVs with DVI or HDMI Interfaces.

 

Collection:

With its built-in data logger, Red Lion's ProducTVity Station offers a powerful means for recording continuous data as well as KPI events and Andon messages. Data can be acquired from any connected devices and compiled into CSV-formatted files, where it can be stored, displayed, emailed or automatically synchronized with an FTP or Microsoft SQL server.



Remote monitoring:

Remotely view the ProducTVity Station display or data from a PC or any web-enabled device, including smart phones. Receive events and alarms via email or SMS text meassages.

 

Crimson Software:

Red Lion’s powerful Crimson® 3.0 software is a remarkable programming platform that unlocks the power of the ProducTVity Station with simple drag-and-drop, point-and-click configuration, and is included with each unit.
