Petrochemical Reactor Waste Tank Radar Level Sensor
When a Texas petrochemical manufacturer needed reliable level measurement of their reactor waste streams, they turned to Flowline. The company produces rubber, plastic, and resin polymers that are applied in industrial and consumer products. The hazardous reactor tanks generate corrosive wastewater, laced with spent acids, particulates, steam, and condensation. At the end of each batch cycle, the residual contents are transferred to a bulk storage tank for neutralization.
